Perennial Lawn & Landscape, Inc. has been a fixture in the Parker community since 1982. Over the years, our company has grown and changed along with the district. From our beginnings of maintaining lawns and mowing pasture lands, we have grown to provide a full range of design, construction, and maintenance services to this prospering community, and throughout Colorado.

Chris has been the owner operator of Perennial since our inception in 1982. Chris and his family have lived through the many changes that both Perennial and the landscape industry have experienced over the years. He relies on his steadfast commitment to integrity in all things, his continuous devotion to service, and strong client relationships that have formed the backbone of Perennials' steady, strong growth.
